Broadband still not live

so the service was supposed to go live today not sure why i'm still able to use the old service i was with if someone could please let me know the status on my service that would be great

Mine was supposed to go live on the 30th. Been ringing call centre for 2 days. Can’t get thru just gonna cancel my order.

so my service is live and after speaking previously to support i was assured my first bill will be taken out on the 18th as i am paid on the 18th of each month and to my dissatisfaction i just looked on the website it wants a payment today as in the 3rd as in today i'm not happy about this as i do not get paid until the 3rd so i have to call them or speak to live support in the morning if someone could contact me in regards to this than i'd appreciate it
