Been with Now TV fibre for a couple weeks now, using Hub 2, set up went smoothly, and the only settings on the hub I've changed are the passwords.
I've noticed when devices go to sleep whilst connected to the hub, sometimes when you wake them up and go to use them, they will remain connected to the hub, but they don't have internet access.
I've noticed my phone, tablet, and firestick have all been doing it. It has only happened since I moved to Now TV and started using the Hub 2. It does not happen everytime, but often, although the firestick it does seem to happen everytime, maybe it's something to do with how long the device is on standby for?
