Accessible help...rang and got thru to nice Irish man called Jack and then disconnected ..
Got thru on mobile and Jack sounded helpful until he said lets go thru security ?s..got disconnected by ?NOW ..have tried ringing back and now all i get is white noise down the line...what is this service??
