It has all of a sudden stopped letting me watch on my TV app or on my lap top. I have signed out of them both and clicked on sign out of all devices and changed password but its still saying the same thing, that im streaming on too many devices. I have tried everything, any suggestions?

Changing your password and signing out of devices will do NOT a thing for swapping devices. You need to cleanly exit the stream, by hitting back to get to the home page.
Force closing and everything else after will have no chance of speeding it up to watch on another device.
If you don't do a clean exit for whatever reason you are then forced to wait up to 10 minutes before you can watch on another device.
@Madi This applies for laptops as each login to a browser is classed as a new device which is really dumb.
