Roku Video lagging audio by 2s after update

Hi my Roku box updated the Now TV App today and since then the video is lagging the Audi by around 2s.  Have powered it on and off several times and reset the Broadband router, doesn't resolve the problem.  Does anyone have the same issue and any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks Andrew

After the problem seemingly being resolved back in December mine has started acting up again as of last night.

This time though the problem is on the live sport channels as opposed to the Sky Sports news channel.

I would suggest a reset.

Failing that, try dropping the resolution to 720p.

It’s not ideal, but may tide you over until there’s a fix.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Sky sports audio ahead of video by about 20 seconds for me, tonight and last night for the football. Will try the 720 resolution workaround. Sky sports and boost doesn't come cheap, so would expect a fix pretty quickly for something that was previously working fine.
