I have a smart tv Samsung series 5 and for a few months now I can’t turn on the subtitles. When I try to press the off button it dose not switch to ON no matter what I press . Any help? Thank you .

I have contacted now tv tech team . They said they will get back to me . 1 month now still no answer...
