Not loading on Apple TV

It’s been almost a week but Now tv won’t fully load on my Apple TV. I can access the top menu options I.e movies, entertainment, settings etc but nothing loads for any of the options. I should be able to see a list of categories and films but I just get a blank black screen?

Are you running the beta OS13?

 

This is known to have problems with NowTV (or vice versa) at the moment.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
