ITVhub app won’t load

Hi there is anyone else having problems loading up ITVhub. It was working this afternoon I was watching the afternoon quizz shows. Turned it off after The Chase had finished but then tried to go back on to watch emmerdale and it will not load up. I click on it and it starts to load but takes me back to my homepage. I tried resetting the box and turn it off and on again multiple times and it still won’t work. Anyone else having issues?

yes I'm having the same problem. Tried everything but still nothing. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Same for me. Tried resetting box, restarting internet hub. Still nothing!

Have you tried to set the device back to factory settings?

Mine has just randomly reloaded and I'm back in!

Snap, we are back up and running. It did this a few months ago as well.
