Cant stream on BT TV

I cant seem to stream on my BT TV box. It automatically directs me to the BT packages for sport when I choose to watch sky sports through now tv. Any solutions to this?

How are you being billed for NOW?

If it is through BT then you have to contact BT directly for them to get anything resolved.

Hi @PBreadon 

Assuming you are a NOW TV customer, then have you pressed the OK button on the BT Youview box remote when you open the NOW App (you can't watch via the main BT Youview box TV Guide).

Then once the BT message clears scroll down the bottom of the NOW App grid row and under the My App tile box click on it and enter your NOW account login details.

If you are a BT TV customer, then you will need to contact BT TV directly or try the BT TV Community Forum.
