Apple TV app loads bar but no content

When I load the Now TV app on Apple TV. The bar across the top loads but every page is black screen.  

Have checked other apps and no issues. Internet working okay and my now tv is working on other devices. 

Have deleted ted app and reinstalled but same issue.

Are you all running the beta version of tvOS 13? If so, same issue here. I think there should be a new beta released this week or next. Hoping that solves the issue.

Yes running tvOS 13 here. Hope new release does too.

Hmm, indeed I have also subscribe to tvOS beta updates. Could be the reason.

If you are running tvOS 13 beta, install the new public release (version 7). It’s fixed the issue for me and the Now TV app is working as expected 😊

Yes the new beta update on Apple TV fixes the issue of NowTV app (not loading). 🙂

Sadly the same here too. 😞

• Deleted app and rebooted and downloaded app again - no change

• Attempted reset of Apple TV too - no change

Shame it’s so glitchy.

Same issue. Now TV need to realise the market is bigger than NOW TV boxes. Improve the app and maybe people will use it and then stop losing market share to amazon and Netflix.
