Now TV not loading on Roku 3 box

I have just signed in to Now TV on my new Roku 3 box. It looks like its loading but then crashes out to the home screen.

@Anonymous User Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? 🙂

having the very same issue today, did you manage to find a fix for this? 

 

I have factory reset my box but still gets to the menu and freezes.

@Anonymous User NOW TV working fine here on Roku 3. 

 

But there are many reports that NOW TV is NOT working on NOW TV branded boxes - do you have a NOW TV branded box? If so, see the message boards for those boxes to see the extent of the problem!

same here turned on home screen appeared wouldnt do anything , unplugged left for 10 mins still same , reset box set it all back up it updated and applied all settings ALL DONE came up and still froze on home screen

Work around - Reboot your box and before the home page displays press nowtv button. Don't let home page load and you should get in
