Unable to watch now tv on ps4

I have only 2 systems registered and now to wont let me use my ps4 to view even though I haven't used my 4suggested viewing slots.

i have just started a new month so there is no reason for you not to let me view on my ps4?

can I speak to a customer services agent or cancel my subscription am refund my charges.

@Anonymous User the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and explain your situation, they might be able to sort something out for you this month.

and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
