problems after login

Been using Now TV on PC laptop for months without issue, but not now. I can login, check my account details, but click to watch something and, by the look of the text at the top of the new  tab, there's a conflict of 2 pages on the website trying to open at the same time and neither can. Also, I'm in the UK, but notice that the web address on the homepage address barkeeps defaulting to nowtv.com/ie for ireland, even if I manually change it to gb. Is anything here a known issue? Thanks, Jon

I should add that I have the same problem using different browsers

What I would suggest is to take screenshots of the issue and then drop an email to Now TV

As a suggestion you can also head onto Live chat to see if they can sort something out then and there. 

 

Your issue is something I have not really heard of, but its the internet so everything is possible!😂

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
