can't access web player

I can't get access to the webplayer to stream movies under my membership. All I get is a white blank screen. I have tried to reset my password many times but it will not let me sign in. As mentioned when I want to 'start streaming' or access any films, I am not able to and only get a blank screen or a loading screen which never actually loads up to the next page.

Of all the versions of the Now app out there, the Mac version is the most ornery 😢

Make sure your MacOS is up to date, and the Now app is up to date.

Reboot the Mac to ensure no processes are running as a hangover from any apps you used earlier.

Try a different browser from the default Safari.

Report back on the results, if any.
