Tv player will not work properly

Good-Ey guys..

I have just downloaded the nowtv program onto my computer and when i go to watch something it will not for love nor money go full screen.

Also the play button will not go off the screen neither which is quite frustrating.

Can anyone help me regards my issues i am having?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Not sure how to fix your Player app issue, but if you are a Windows 8.1/10 user you could try the dedicated NOW TV app from the Windows Store to see if that works better for you.
