Problem signing in on mac

Unable to sign in on my iMac despite having free devices

 

Can watch using Roku device on TV also Now TV on iPad so clearly no problems with account status.

 

Not using VPN as previous reply suggested could be an issue

 

Repeated message experiencing technical problems try later

 

I kept trying over several days message same, very frustrating

 

Quite frankly not good enough not getting value from my subscription
