Installed the app on my laptop.....and received the message to download the player.
So I did.
But every time I start the app, it tells me I need the player to watch. Even though it's installed.
I click the link to go to the website, and from there I can select my channel and watch no problem
But I'm watching in the browser. How do I get the app to work properly?

downloaded it from the Microsoft store.

The app from the Microsoft store is going to be decommissioned. You are best to install the player directly from the Now TV website.

when did you download that, i thought the only way of watching now tv was through the now tv website by downloading the app from their website

Like I said to @Anonymous User the app via the store is going to be decommissioned shortly. So yes the only way to watch on a laptop/pc is via the Player from the website.

i went onto live chat and i followed everything they told me to do and it still doesn't work.
I go onto the now tv website and download the player (i am on Microsoft edge) and the screen goes blue and then goes off.

I downloaded it a couple of days ago....It's still there just now.
I'm currently searching the NowTV website for the app.....and am waiting for a response to my email.
