Now TV Player Mac Update Issues

Hi! I reactivated my account this morning and tried to watch Now TV on my Mac. Every time I tried to watch something the Now TV player stated there was an update I needed to do, I updated the player several times but I kept getting the same update message whenever I tried to watch anything. I’ve tried manually uninstalling and reinstalling, and my account is fine as it works on my phone. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

I don't own a Mac or use the NowTV Player on a PC, but see if there is anything in this linked help article can point you in the right direction.

 

I doubt there is anything relevant, but there is a green link to download the Player which might work ?

 

Hopefully a Mac or PC owner who has come across this will post the solution how to resolve it.
