Installed the desktop app fresh. It will load up a stream for 1-5 seconds then black screen. No audio. Controls are visible.
Can't show you on screen shot because they block print screen (lol).
Windows 10,
tried launching through FF, Edge and Chrome.
Have uninstalled, rebooted, redownloaded, installed, rebooted, launched. Nothing.
Great software. The best.
