I've waited until the first of this month so I can change my devices and it still won't let me do it

On m online account it says I've got one space left to add a devise and when I try to connect it to my play station it says there isn't enough room so please help me really have no idea what to do

I also wanted to add a new device last week and despite saying I could add one new device that month I came up with the device limit reach error message.

I'd recommend having a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort you out.
