Google Chrome does not work when on Now broadband

Since I got connected to NOW broadband, I can't use google chrome whenever I open it, it looks as if there is no internet connection, while other browsers such as edge work fine. Also when I link to other wifi, google chrome works fine.

Try setting Broadband Buddy to 18+, or turning it off altogether

I believe you can find this on your Broadband page above.

Though I don’t myself have such a page, as I am not with Now Broadband, so I can’t be sure.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
