Film streaming is VERY jumpy!!!

Hello

 

Trying to watch Face Off and its jumping every other second!!

 

Using laptop on windows 10 and using HDMI to tv but no good.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

All of NOW TV's content is output at 50Hz, which is the frequency of all television signals broadcast within the UK/EU. If you are able to you should set the graphics card on your laptop to output 50Hz (via the HDMI connection). Or any integers of 25.

 

And if your TV has motion post-processing features, you should disable them.
