after watching one movie on the ps3 app I went to bedroom to watch another for it to say devcice limit reached, went back to the ps3 and it's saying the same thing, checked in the device manager and it's saying no device are attched to this account

You will see this prompt when you delete a device from NOW TV, you can use up four devices with us but you are limited to the amount of changes you can make per month.

I've made two changes to the devices I am using, but now I can't watch anything on a device I already had registered. Is there any way this can be fixed?
