Cant watch on windows 10 laptop

This looks to be a common issue but i cant seem to fix it from the other forum posts. 

I have a lenovo yoga 500 that runs windows 10. Apparently i only need the Now TV app to play movies but when i download the app it says i need to download the video player from the now tv website. When I then try to watch from online and click watch now nothing happens. 

It is so bloody infuriating. The chat person was very nice but no help at all. 

Any ideas?

@Anonymous User have a read through this linked thread. If it's the same issue it seems there's a fix by deleting a tiny file.

I really didn't think i had the same issue but i found that pesky little file and deleted it and now it works a treat!! Thanks so much. Why cant the help chat people give more helpful advice like this.
