Hello,  Since the uktv play app has updated is anyone else having issues with it, whenever I press a button to navigate through their menus it just seems to jump all over the place. All my other apps on the box work fine

Sound issues

Having serious issues with the sound cutting out intermittently whilst watching The Walking Dead on the PS4 app.  I have the latest updates and versions installed so don’t know why it continues to stutter.

Refund

I have cancelled my pass however I've been charged and I do not use it I would like a refund as I do not wish to use my now TV at the moment as I have sky.

Netflix on the NOW TV Box

When I open Netflix on my now tv stick it crashes and then closes but works perfectly fine on every other device is this something to do with the now tv stick and is there anything I can do to fix this?
