Unable to use sky sports news

Hi All

i can access Nowtv on my tv.

When I go to the sky news app i can click on it and briefly see the sky news page then a blank page. I’ve checked settings and no issues. Other apps fine.

I don’t want to pay for a weekend pass unless it’s working

any help would be appreciated

Have you tried removing the Sky Sports News App on your NOW Box or Stick and then go to the Apps Store and download the App again ?

As an alternative method have you gone into the Sky Sports Now & Next TV Guide and play Sky Sports News Directly from the TV Guide ?

Also if no joy, go to the My Account section of your NOW box or Stick and logout and sign back in with the NOW account that has either an active Cinema, Entertainment, Kids or Hayu Membership.

Or if you haven't got an active Membership from the above you need to have used a NOW Day Membership no later than 30days when you activated it.
