Trouble getting Now on my ipad

I have Now as part of BT Broadband package but can't view on ipad. How do I do this?

Go to app store, and download the Now App.

To echo what could be rather obvious from @Nitro  have you downloaded the app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

To add to the growing pile of obviousness, when you have downloaded the Now app, make sure you sign in with your BT (or EE as it now is) Broadband details.

Unlike your Pro/YouView box, where BT set up these details automatically, you have to input them manually on other platforms.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
