No audio on Samsung tv

Hi 

I'm trying to watch now TV from the Samsung TV app but there is no audio coming out.

I've tried dro reinstall the all and switch off and on the TV but nothing seems working 😞 any idea?

Have you tried to disconnect the power to the Samsung Smart TV, give it a minute and then plug the power back into the TV to see if the sound comes back when using the inbuilt NowTV App on the television ?
