Can anyone help me resolve issue with demand 5 now tell me it is not there problem and to contact channel 5 how do I delete and reinstall

You could try deleting and re-installig, but Channel 5 are having problems across different apps and platforms.
I'm not sure it would do any good.
All we can do really is to wait for Channel 5 to fix.
Many people have tweeted them over the past few days so I'm guessing they are already aware.

I had to use another device other than Now tv. It’s working fine on that...Prime

The Netflix App should be fixed.
Have you tried a forced software on your box / stick ?
This updates your software, fixing any faults in the process.

With regards to the My5 App, there is a bug on certain TV shows which will jump you back to the home screen (this is happening to me, where some TV shows on My5 play where others crash back to the home nowtv screen).
My5 are aware of it.
