Contact number please

I would like to change my packet plan  I need only broadband how do I do it? There is no contact number

NowTV Broadband customers should find a telephone contact number by going to their website, then sign into your account and under My Account > Orders & Appointments by clicking the drop down arrow below live date.

If there is no number shown there, then try Broadband & Calls and select Phone Extras and keep clicking on this section until a telephone number appears on your screen to call.
