Can’t log in on the app

Hi don’t know if anyone can help.

i have just subscribed on NOW Tv £10 after subscribing I can’t even log in to the same app or Tv app with the same email. It keeps saying download Now app for your region? This doesn’t make sense.

Where are you geographically?

Now.ie and Now.gb are different, and maybe you have the wrong one.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
