Nowtv 2 month voucher reduced to 1 month

Today I used a voucher for  a 2 month nowtv entertainment pass with an end date of October 4th. Just in case I would accidentally make a payment I didn't want to I went to cancel the pass (as it EXPLICITLY stated that cancelling a pass will still allow me to use the pass until the end date). However for whatever reason when I checked again it said that the pass would end on 4th september, exactly one month from now.

 

Is there any way to rectify this?

It was a 2 month pass which was bundled with the PS4 pro I bought from game. I contacted nowtv through the live chat, it took a while but they told me that because I cancelled it before september it did that. They adjusted it so that it ends 4th october but I can't cancel it until after the 4th september (otherwise the same thing will happen again)
