But all joking aside, what form did these vouchers take - physical, on card or paper, or electronic?
If you bought a Stick or Box with included Pass(es), then you need to install it for the Passes to appear in your Account.
But if that’s not it, we need a bit more to go on, to see what the remedy might be.
