Hi I bought a now tv stick as a present from a shop in December last year, it was suppose to come with a pass. It says in the box that the pass will be applied when the stick is activated. I have done that and it said on the tv to go to my passes to claim my pass, I've done that and there is no pass there to claim. I haven't been given my pass
Could someone help please? Thanks
