I've accepted an offer... it doesn't appear on my membership and devices page... but when i click ca

I've accepted an offer... it doesn't appear on my membership and devices page... but when i click cancel it appears there!     how do i know if i actually have the offer or not?  should i start a chat with  a now agent to confirm?
