I've just set up my stick, which comes preloaded with a three month entertainment pass. My account shows I have a free Ent. Pass until 7th Oct, but every time I try to access an Ent programme, I get a red error message saying it can't be processed. Help please!

Your best option is to see if live chat can figure out what's going wrong.
Open the link below and click on the green chat button (not sure if they are closed early due to Covid-19 tonight).
If no luck tonight, try tomorrow morning after 8am (should the chat button not open, then try a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it).
