Hi I have been cut off chat now twice which is very frustrating. I signed up on 27 June for 2 months movies £1 a month and was debited £1 on 28 June. I cannot now access the movies and your online chat has said I need to update card details-it is same card and there is money on it so I can’t understand why it’s not working, he also said for me to sign up £9.99 a month and he will refund me £8.99 I am not happy doing this
