reoccurring slow speeds

I've been with NOW BroadBand for some years now but this is likely the last, i have noticed that not only do they rip off their loyal customers once their contract runs out but they also slow your internet download speed the longer you leave it the slower it gets, call them complain, and what do you know its magically fixed back at the the speed you pay for...  but 2-3 months later its gone slow again... its a con clearly, well ive busted them so very soon i will be leaving

Sounds like a fault on the line somewhere possibly as far back as the cabinet. You are best to call the team again and ask for full line investigation.

Can I assume you’ve done a factory reset to the router indicated on the line below?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
