To find the telephone number for the NowTV Broadband Team go to My Account > Broadband & Calls whilst logged in on here with your Broadband sign in details and keep clicking on the Moving Home section until a phone number appears on your screen.
The moving home number is the same telephone number for all general Broadband enquiries.
I would expect a long waiting time to get through due to COVID-19.
Or alternatively drop them an email on customerservices AT nowtv.com (where i had to use AT instead of the @ symbol because the forum software removes emails posted on the forum).
