Is there any chance I can block a wifi user on my router without changing my password? On my old router I could change the settings to when I wanted the user to use the wifi or not.

Not that I am aware of, you could have a nosy at the admin settings. Username admin and password nowtv.
You could try a factory reset to the router in hope the person doesn’t know your password.https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed
