Dear Sir/Madam,
On the 6/4/20 - £8.99 & £11.99..
7/4/20 - £3.00..
and the 9/4/20 - £3.99 was taken from my account without my knowledge or authorization.
I am currently on a benefit and this money taken has effected my outgoing money - Rent, bills, food etc.
I never signed up for anything, and was especially careful not too.
Please take this matter into serious consideration.
As the only other way would be for myself to seek legal action.

Firstly this is a customer forum, in no shape of form should you ever put in contact details.

Same thing happened to me. Avoid this company. They rip people off by taking unauthorised payments often.
Their favourite trick is to continue taking the Boost package after you've cancelled your subscription.
