Welcome to the forum. Sounds like the trial might not have cancelled properly, try talking to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can cancel and refund you. To get there go to the following help page

After pop onto your My Account > My Passes page to make sure all your passes are properly cancelled.

@Anonymous User Quickest way is probably to follow the link in my post above to talk to live chat, they can find out where the payment came from and stop it.
If you haven't already I'd also recommend putting a payment PIN on your account to stop unwanted purchases.
