Phone line terrible

My landline is so noisy I can’t use it now tv keep sending me things to do change filter etc I’ve done everything even brought new phone but the noise is really bad done the test online it said phone ok but it’s not it must be from outside with openreach but there’s nobody to phone,it ridiculous I’m paying for a service I’m not getting,anybody please help

I’m also having issues they’ve took no payment for two months and I can’t make calls via landline but my internet is still on

Engineer came out it was main wiring in outside box all fixed now thank god
