Hi, just ordered now tv broadband not received it yet still waiting but do you get a 2 week cooling off period where you can cancel if you don't think its the right speed etc?Many thanks Kerry

If the Broadband hasn't gone live yet, then you will find the answer under the FAQ - I want to cancel my broadband and calls before it goes live on this linked article below.

I misread your post sorry, where i thought you wanted to cancel before your NowTV Broadband went live.
With regards to the 14 day cooling off process if you are not happy with the service or speeds when gone live, you might be better off sending NowTV an email asking the question to them directly.
Use the email in this screen shot below.
