Hi, how do I find out what my new land line phone number is, thought I was getting a letter but didn't arrive

Hi @Anonymous User There are two ways do find out your phone number:

1. If you have a mobile phone, call that from your landline.

2. Call the BT test number 17070 that should tell you your number. If it doesn’t, try 147017070.
