New Box SO MANY ISSUES

Lord have MERCY

I just rejoined NOW after a few years with Virgin, moved to a new house and my box came, activation date came last week. I have plugged and replugged and plugged and REPLUGGED many times. It still tells me there's a problem with the connection. anybody got any idea why? I feel like I need someone to come out and take a look but can't figure out how to get that sorted either.

please be gentle.. it might be glaringly obvious but *shrugs*

There are many possible reasons for this.

 

But whatever the problem, your best bet is to call the Now Broadband team on the contact number they will have given you, and let them diagnose it.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
