Normally your landline number should be shown on one of your email order confirmations from NowTV.
Also check all your messages under My Account > Message Centre to see if your landline telephone number is identified there.
If you have already gone live and have a landline telephone, then why don't you try phoning your smart phone where hopefully it will be displayed on your screen when you phone your mobile.
