Just signed up

Hi there,

ive recently signed up for tv and phone service.

1) can I cancel the Sky Sports package as there is almost no live sport now? Or can I get other packages instead?

2) we have an install for phone and broadband booked soon -  will this need to be moved now? Our Virgin Media account is due to go offline soon, I am worried that you can’t install and they will disconnect leaving us with out a landline or broadband. What should I do?

Many thanks

Steve

@Anonymous User

So I would suggest either popping onto Live chat (if its working) or filling out a form about the sports pass, but other passes are completely your choice on what you want to sign up for.

As for your broadband, I personally now don't see this happening. You can call the broadband team to see what they are being told to advise customers

In the below link you will find the number for broadband customer service.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@Anonymous User I am in the same position. An engineer was supposed to install my phone line yesterday (23/03/2020). My Virgin Media cuts off on 04/04/2020. I call Virgin Media this morning (half an hour waiting time) and asked them to delay my disconnection for one month - they agreed! In the meantime, this allows more time to get in touch with NOW TV to find out what is going on. I hope this helps. Sam
