device limit reached

im getting devices limit reached when i havent added any devjce been working fine and ive now press signed out on all devices log in to my tablet and still said device limit reaxhed

You need to make a clean exit from the app on any device before using another. Otherwise it may take up to 15 minutes for the NOW servers to catch up.

Signing out of devices won't do anything unless you do what @redchiz1 states. By clean exit, you need to hit back until you get to the homepage.

If you don't do that and just "force close" the app, that is NOT a clean exit and you will be made to wait up to 15 minutes to watch on another device. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
