I have just discovered that I can instantly rewind for 30 mins on my nowtv smart 4K box.
this option was once available to me a couple of years ago but it stopped working.
it’s really useful for catching up if you miss the beginning of a sporting event. Only upto 30 mins but still a really useful option.
